Emilia Clarke

Intro

Game of Thrones has made many people famous. Emilia Clarke, a British actress, became very well known after starring in the show. Viewers find her amazing in the role of Daenerys Targaryen, a blonde warrior queen known as Mother of Dragons. The show already has six seasons, and many people hope that Emilia will continue her role as Daenerys in future seasons.

After her success with Game of Thrones, Emilia has acted in several other Hollywood movies and shows. In 2015, she starred with Arnold Schwarzenegger in Terminator Genisys. In 2016, she starred in a sweet romantic comedy called Me Before You. In 2018, she will even star in a new Star Wars film! When not filming, Emilia spends her time in London and Los Angeles.

Marni: So, Jordin, I was checking out some new movies and there’s this new, like, sweet love story starring Emilia Clarke. Are you a fan of hers?
Jordin: Is that Me Before You?
Marni: Yes!
Jordin: Yeah, I wasn’t sure how I felt about that, but I do really like Emilia Clarke.
Marni: You do?!
Jordin: I do. I think she’s fantastic.
Marni: Really?!
Jordin: I think she’s beautiful. I think she’s subtle. I think she’s really wonderful to watch.
Marni: Specifically in Game of Thrones?
Jordin: That’s the only thing I’ve seen her in. She was one of my favorite parts of that show.
Marni: Interesting. I can see why people like her in that role. She’s just an amazing, you know…
Jordin: I mean, she’s like the warrior goddess of all time. In charge of the dragons, and it’s beautiful.
Marni: It’s beautiful, but I think the show is beautiful and makes her beautiful. I don’t know. As an actress, I just kind of find her, kind of, meh.
Jordin: See, the show wasn’t even my favorite part of it. I stopped watching it at the end of the first season.
Marni: You just like her that much, huh?
Jordin: I do.
Marni: Well, then, you should go see her new movie.
Jordin: I don’t know, I’m conflicted.

Emilia Clarke is very famous. Both Jordin and Marni know who she is. Marni heard that she is starring in a new movie. This time, though, Emilia won’t be a warrior. Now, she will have a more peaceful role in a sweet love story. Marni isn’t very interested in the movie because she thinks Emilia’s acting skills are just meh. Jordin feels conflicted about Emilia Clarke’s new movie. She really liked the actress in Game of Thrones. In that popular show, Emilia was a tough warrior with three dragons to protect her.
